Placing an Order
We don’t expect you to search for the perfect award or gift ideas. We will do the work for you! Please contact our "Project Coordinator" ay 913.491.6611, send us an email or fill out the “quick-link” and we will immediately consult with you on your product needs, timeline and budget to start the process of working and supplying ideas to fit your needs. We want to make your job as easy as possible.... Let us do the work for you....

Lead Time
Standard Lead Time is 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. CST are considered "next calendar day".

Artwork Format
Artwork should be provided in Vector or Illustrator Format. (JPG or PDF can be used on a per-order basis, and may be subject to a conversion charge). Email Art directly to: Art@JCAincentives.com.

Paper Proofs
Due to the unique production timeline for recognition products, and to allow us to produce rush orders, your proof will arrive approximately 3 days prior to your scheduled ship date.

Rush Delivery Orders
Rush orders are accepted based on production availability and stock at the time the order is placed. Rush charges may be incurred. Expedited shipping may also be necessary. These charges will be determined at the time an order is placed.

Shipping
We make every attempt to have merchandise sent in the most economical manner using UPS or FedEx. If an order is expedited or a Rush; this type of shipping cannot be guaranteed.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Kansas.
